Last week while I was the salon waiting to get my hair done, I picked up this months issue of Vogue (the issue with Rihanna on the cover). I came across something that I thought was pretty awesome and I wanted to share it.
This photo was part an ad campaign for Shinola (an American manufacturer of watches, bicycles and leather goods located in Midtown Detroit) by photographer Bruce Weber titled: Capturing a Moment. Bruce came to The Motor City to shoot a five-page campaign in Vogue’s March issue for the Detroit based company.

I’ve learned new things and met a lot of people through it all. I just was to say “THANK YOU” for those that took time to read, follow, comment and share my blog. THANK YOU!
In honor of my two year Blogiversary i’m doing my first giveaway!

Cassie’s photo spread from her shoot with Vibe for their June/July issue. Cassie looks good in these photos, but she could still take it a step further and really bring out her fierceness…
Cassie is featured in the June/July issue of Vibe Magazine which is now available on shelves.
What do you think about her photos?
When I think of fashion the first thing that comes to mind is No Limitations! Fashion is something that everyone views from a diffrent point of view. The way you dress makes a statement to the world about who YOU are. Style is something that comes natural, either you have it or you don’t. Some people can be taught if their just willing to listen to thier inner Fashionista! When it comes to FASHION skys the limit. It’s what seperates us from others and makes us stand out, makes us more of an INDIVIDUAL! Some people think just becasuse they go to the store and buy trendy clothes that, that makes them fashionable. But the thing is it’s not about what you buy it’s how you ROCK it and how you accessorize it. You can take an outfit and if you hook it up right than you can make it look totally dope. Mix and match and play around with colors. Don’t be afraid to EXPERIMENT!
